The platform’s updated user interface (UI) will help users find the customer and prospect data and insights they need faster, while usage dashboards will help marketing and research teams improve user engagement. Designed to increase adoption and productivity, the new user dashboards help organizations instill best practices that will improve overall business strategy.

By listening to customers, Avention enhanced its OneSource platform to help companies increase close rates and meet revenue goals faster by:

  • Improving user experience: Offers simplified search and list-building options as well as more desktop customization to help users find the data and information they need faster. In turn, this allows users to spend more time on the sales and marketing activities that grow their businesses. In addition, information is continuously updated and notifications of updates are pushed to end users in a variety of manners, ensuring users keep their fingers on the pulse of activity with selected accounts or segments.
  • Driving more usage: Helps system administrators and sales and marketing leaders understand how their teams are using the product and tie high engagement to sales success. The dashboards also help users become more active in the product by providing best practices to help them raise their individual engagement scores.
  • Elevating CRM use and effectiveness: Avention already helps drive CRM adoption and efficiency with its CRM connectors, which bring the full OneSource platform into the CRM workflow, transforming it into a more robust, powerful sales tool. Now, MAP connectors help leverage OneSource strengths around targeted list building, automating the process to campaign execution and improving capture through web form completion.

These enhancements make it easier for users to access deeper information for prospecting and account-based management strategies, and will help support the alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive more sales. Avention’s OneSource platform enhancements are now available along with other OneSource Solutions, including Avention’s OneSource ABM solution.
