Experian (200)Experian Data Breach Resolution released a collection of educational resources for businesses with anecdotes and advice on how to prepare for and manage a data breach. Compiled based on the company’s history of servicing some of North America’s largest data breaches, the initiative packages key learnings from Experian’s behind-the-scenes support of more than 2,000 client breaches last year. This includes servicing clients across many industry sectors, such as retail, healthcare and financial services.

According to the Identity Theft Resource Center, there have already been 404 data breaches in the United States in 2014, which is a 20 percent increase over the same period last year. The data breaches have exposed more than 11 million records .

Experian Data Breach Resolution shares insights to help organizations prepare Businesses can access educational information and learn key lessons from the field. The resources were developed to help companies address the reality that the overall rate of data breaches is not slowing down.
