ICRA Shareholders Approve Sale of ICRA Techno Analytics Limited

Shareholders of ICRA Limited (“ICRA”) have approved the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary ICRA Techno Analytics Limited (“ICTEAS”) to Nihilent Technologies Limited, a global consulting and solutions integration company, by passing special resolution through postal ballot including electronic voting.

ICTEAS, based in Kolkata, provides information technology and business analytics services to a global client base.
