Below are the delegates fees for attending the 2025 BIIA Conference
Delegate fees include attendance at the Conference, food and beverages during the two days and attendance at the Welcome reception on the 4th.
Please note that the fees do not include accommodation which can be booked directly with the hotel. Click here to see more information about the hotel and to book accommodation.

10% discount will apply for two or more members registering from the same organisation. The discount only applies to both Full and Associate member categories.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Participants acknowledge that the Business Information Industry Association has reserved the conference-related services upon successful registration. Therefore, the cancellation of a registration may incur penalties and administrative costs by the Association.
Please read the following cancellation policies:
- Cancellation up to April 4th – Full refund of fees less an admin fee of $50
- Cancellation between April 4th and May 3rd – 50% of the fee will be refunded
- Cancellation from May 4th up to the first day of the event – no refund but transferring the registration to a replacement person is possible.
