Panjiva, provider of a business-to-business platform for procurement, has added data on more than 80,000 companies exporting goods from U.S. ports.

Panjiva draws on data from U.S. Customs and processes it to generate information about a supplier’s history. The resulting company profile includes detailed information such as contacts, certifications, sustainability efforts and financial health. Panjiva already makes U.S. supplier information available through its partnership with ThomasNet. The company has organized the export data so that users can search by product, as well as by other categories. Panjiva claims more than one million unique visitors each month and 5,000 paying users across a wide variety of industries.
