Alibaba Reduces Loan Size to Buy-back Yahoo Stake

As we have reported previously Alibaba was raising US$ 4 billion to acquire the 40% stake of Yahoo in Alibaba. The amount was now reduced to US$ 3 billion with the rest coming from cash reserves.
