Arvato Opens New Service Center in India

The international service company arvato (a unit of Bertelsmann) has moved into a new service center in the Indian city of Gurgaon. arvato’s CRM division, which handles customer communications for leading companies, moved the work stations of some 1,400 employees to a new building in Gurgaon, near Indira Gandhi airport in New Delhi.

arvato has been active in India since 2003. Its business in India has shown a strong and profitable growth. On more than 100,000 square feet in the new building, arvato services the customers of major international technology firms and other major corporations, and provides business support with customer loyalty and marketing services.
