is once again experiencing service problems and appears to be unable to fix the service outage quickly.  The problem started yesterday when the sending e-mails function became dysfunctional.   Today the receiving and sending functions are out including the web service.  The company states in its website: “The Internet Service is operating normally at this time”, while technical services confirm the outage and could not give an estimate of resolving the issue.

The system outages seem to be systemic as they reoccur in regular intervals (August, October 2013 now January 2014).  It is incomprehensible that At&t appears to care little about its reputation and its customers.  Worst yet, At&t does not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
