We sincerely hope this note finds you well.  As we know many of our readers are either under full or partial lockdown.  In some countries people are enjoying their ‘freedom’ again to have their hair cut, visit relatives and friends and get back to the workplace.  In regard to the latter, one of your members reports that they may continue to work from home at least until the end of the year, in fear of a potential second wave.  Long distance travel has also been put on hold.

In view of the economic situation you may want to know what your business is worth.  Our friends at Marlin & Associates have provided new figures, however they have re-categorized by adding Mortgage-tech.  Thus, you find FICO (Fair Isaacs) in that category.

In our Late Breaking news section, you will find a troublesome story about fraud at Wirecard, a German Fintech company, which had become a darling of the investment community.  When one reads this sad story, the old adage comes to mind: “All that glitters is not gold.”
