BIIA Re-appoints Directors at Annual General Meeting

At its Annual General Meeting on December 20th, 2013 the BIIA Full Membership:

1. Adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012
2. Elected the following directors who were up for re-election:
   1. Joachim C. BARTELS as Director
   2. David WORLOCK as Director
   3. Lawrence TSONG as Director
   4. Lawrence YEE as Director
   5. John Arthur ROBERTS as Director
   6. Enrico LODI as Director
   7. David Geoffrey KNOWLES as Director
3. Re-appointed Kathy Wong & Co. as Auditor and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration
