Bisnode has strengthened its offering in strategic advice for better decision support and has acquired Great Consulting Group Nordic AB, a Swedish consulting firm with expertise in analysis and advice in connection with strategic and operational decisions. The acquisition has strengthening Bisnodes portfolio by being able to offer additional support and advice to help its customers make smart decisions.
Great Consulting is a management consulting firm with a focus on companies that need assistance in developing and enhancing their work with sales, growth and customer value. The assignments are focused on identifying the company’s needs, analysing large volumes of information and providing advice for important strategic decisions. Great Consulting has six employees in Stockholm and annual revenue of around SEK 9 million.

We help our customers to transform large volumes of information into relevant insight that enables them to make smart decisions. By expanding our offering with strategic advice and consulting services, I am convinced that we are adding customer value,” says Björn-Erik Karlsson, Regional Director Nordic. The acquisition was completed on 9 December and is expected to have a positive effect on earnings in 2014.
