BISNODE ACQUIRES SN4 INTERNATIONAL OY

Bisnode has signed an agreement with the owners of SN4 International Oy (SN4), a leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Marketing Automation technology to companies in various industries.

SN4’s operations will be coordinated with Bisnode’s current operations in Finland and Sweden. SN4 has 16 employees in Finland and Sweden, and achieved annual sales of EUR 2.6 million in 2014. “We see SN4 as a great opportunity to grow, strengthen and modernize the marketing services both in Finland and other Nordic countries. We warmly welcome SN4’s people into Bisnode,” says Juha Airaksinen, CEO of Bisnode Finland. “We feel that together with Bisnode we can serve our customers even more comprehensively both in Finland and Sweden. I see this as an excellent opportunity to grow our business,” says Jukka Hyttinen, CEO of SN4.

The acquisition will be completed in early July 2015.
