bisnode-logo 200Pettersson has decided to resign as President and CEO of Bisnode. CFO Anders Berg will take over as acting CEO. Chairman of the board Jon Risfelt will strengthen the company by becoming executive chairman for a period. A recruitment process is underway.

Bisnode has undergone an extensive and comprehensive journey of change in recent years with regard to strategy, geographic focus and corporate structure. Today the company is well equipped to meet market and customer demands for reliable and professional decision support services. Following several years of intensive change the company is now entering a new phase and Lars has chosen to resign as CEO. He has been CEO of Bisnode since 2012.

CFO Anders Berg will take over as acting CEO. Chairman of the board Jon Risfelt will strengthen the company by becoming executive chairman for a period. Anders was appointed CFO in January 2015 and joined Bisnode from the position of CFO at Swedbank C&C.

Bisnode’s chairman, Jon Risfelt, comments: “During his three years as CEO, Lars initiated a strategically important and extensive transformation of the company with the aim of becoming a strategic decision support partner for its customers. Lars has chosen to resign at a natural time when the company is about to step up to the next level of its development. Lars Pettersson will leave his position on 9 March 2015.
