Bisnode Enters Latvia with Acquisition of SIA Datu Serviss

In order to strenghten its market position as one of the leading provider of European data, Bisnode expands its footprint in the Baltic region by acquiring SIA Datu Serviss Dun and Bradstreet’s Latvian franchise partner.

Bisnode, a leading European Data & Analytics company, acquires SIA Datu Serviss, the Dun & Brandstreet (D&B) franchise partner in Latvia for more than 20 years. The acquisition further expands Bisnode’s coverage in the Baltic region, where it already operates in Estonia. The deal also emphasizes its strong relationship with D&B, increasing the number of D&B franchise countries to 17 across Europe. The company is mainly serving international customers via the D&B worldwide network, with some business information solutions also being offered locally.
