OTS or Online Trust Solutions is a service that seeks to increase the credibility between the customers and business partners with the companies that are using this service. To subscribe to this service, companies can send their business information to D&B for verification before they’re given a seal that they can use on their websites or in their marketing communications material. Customers will benefit from this by gaining international credibility which is essential in online business in order to attract more business from customers and other businesses.
