Callcredit Information Group, backed by private equity firm GTCR, has acquired Numero, the customer experience management specialist, in a multi million pound deal designed to accelerate the execution of the company’s product development and software analytics strategy.

Established in 2001, Numero empowers customer focussed organisations with innovative solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences across every communication channel and at every customer touch point. Numero has a strong international and UK client base operating in six core sectors which are complementary to Callcredit Information Group, including retail, finance, telecoms, logistics, utilities and public sector.
The Numero acquisition gives Callcredit Information Group the application development capability to speed the delivery of custom solutions across industries. This includes extending the end-to-end delivery of high growth credit and fraud solutions as well as providing direct customer interaction.
The Manchester-based company has experienced rapid growth since its inception and employs 74 people at its office in Stockport. Numero complements Callcredit Information Group’s Software, Analytics and Fraud business and will be integrated into the business to accelerate growth, support international expansion and realise revenue synergies within the first year.
