Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. (“CIS”; MTA: CERV), parent holding company of the Cerved group, the leading player in Italy in credit information and credit management, has completed – via its subsidiary Cerved Group S.p.A. (“Cerved Group”) – the acquisition of the business information branch of Fox & Parker S.r.l. (“F&P-BI”).
F&P-BI has been active in the market since 1996 and is specialized in the development of value-added sectorial payment records, data integration services with proprietary IT systems, and tailored commercial information, for corporate clients.
