Online MR software company Confirmit has introduced a customer engagement solution called the SmartHub, through which businesses can capture, analyse and respond to customer and market feedback across multiple channels and sources in real-time.

As part of the upgrade of the firm’s Horizons reporting software, the new SmartHub has been designed to enable users to capture and map all data from various touchpoints along the customer journey.  The latest version also offers an analysis module called Instant Analytics; a data visualisation tool called Active Dashboards, through which users can analyse information and track trends; and an Action Management module, to help businesses automatically trigger actions based on up-to-date customer, employee or market information.
