Investment and partnership is to support Creditreform’s core business with Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions.  Joint development of new analytical solutions is to be anticipated.   

At the recent shareholders meeting of DATAlovers AG, Creditreform AG became an investor the company.  The amount of the investment and terms were not disclosed

Creditreform’s management board member Siebo Woydt commented:  “DATAlovers AG, as a partner and solutions supplier, has proven through their involvement in numerous projects, that it was able to successfully integrate its Big Data solutions.  With our investment in DATAlovers AG we intent to fully use Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions to support our core business and to develop jointly new products.”  Siebo Woydt will become a board member at DATAlovers AG.

Creditreform’s investment concludes a second round financing, which permits DATAlovers AG to intensify its development of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions in conjunction with the rapidly growing trend in the digitization of data.
