Francesca Fraulo has been appointed Managing Director – Head of Corporate Ratings of CRIF Rating Agency. She will be reporting into the agency’s General Manager, Carlo Barbarisi.
Francesca Fraulo came from Rating Agency Fitch. During her 12-year tenure at FitchRatings, Francesca worked as a Director in the EMEA Utilities & Transport Team in London (from 2002 to 2005) and in Milan (from 2006 to 2014), where she was responsible for a portfolio of major European utilities, oil & gas, transportation and logistics companies.
Prior to Fitch, Francesca was an Associate banker in the Global Debt Origination Team (Power & Utilities) at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London (2001-2002). Before this, she was an Associate in the Project Finance Department of Mediocredito Centrale in Rome (starting early 1998) and, before that, an analyst at Citibank in London.
Francesca holds a full honors BS in Economics and Business Administration from Università “La Sapienza” – Rome and a post-graduate qualification in International Commercial Law from Università degli Studi di Parma, Italy.
