CRIF is to open a new congress and training Center near Bologna in September 20th 2013 combing the practical with the pleasant for the benefit of knowledge and health. Since user training is just as important as training employees, CRIF decided to move the training facility into a professional congress center. The facility is combined with a four star hotel and is open for other events and individual bookings.
Located near Bologna in a charming location the Palazzo Di Varignana Congress Center offers a 300 sqm assembly hall with natural light and an exceptional view on the surrounding hills. The assembly hall, seating up to 260 people, is extremely functional and can be split into three separate rooms, thanks to adjustable wall panels in order to satisfy each type of event. It offers a director’s studio, secretarial office, wardrobe and excellence in audio-visual technology, with predisposition in Full HD, Wi-Fi and video-conference.
Professionalism and attention to detail complete the impeccable service. The Congress Center is directly connected through an underground gallery to the Spazio Belvedere, 400 square meters of multifunctional location available for all type of events, weddings, galas and exhibitions.
The Congress Center is combined with the Palazzo Varignana Resort & SPA hotel which is set in a truly magical and charming location. Elegantly set in 20 hectares of parkland, the luxury 4-star hotel near Bologna overlooks the hills of Varignana from Villa Bentivoglio, a historical residence commissioned by Count Orazio Bargellini in 1705, which then became the property of the Florentine Bentivoglio family. It is a splendid example of the typical 18th-century Tuscan country residence.
The resort has 90 comfortable rooms ranging between 23 and 58 square meters, they are divided into Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Vital Suite and Panorama Suite and they find space in the characteristic buildings “Il Borgo”, “Il Poggio”, “La Corte”, “Il Fienile” and “La Viletta”.
