Equifax has appointed Tony Banks as Vice President of Operations for the UK and Ireland.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Tony will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities at Equifax sites including London, Wexford, Leeds and Nottingham. He will work closely with senior managers across the business to ensure the company’s activities and working practices are carried out with maximum efficiency and aligned to positive customer outcomes. Tony will be based in London, and report directly to Patricio Remón, President for Europe at Equifax.

Tony joins from RBS, where he held numerous senior roles including head of commercial customer service and head of operational service for corporate and institutional banking. During his time at RBS, he was heavily involved in major change projects within the business, including the integration of NatWest Bank.
