Equifax India announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bangalore-based analytics and business intelligence provider Nettpositive. Equifax India had acquired a majority interest in the company in 2012, and has finished picking up the residual stake now, the company said in a statement.
The acquisition will help Equifax give a combination of data and analytics on consumer behaviour to its customers, the statement said, without disclosing the size of the deal.
