Equifax’s $1 Billion Notes Offering

Equifax Inc. completed a registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.6% Senior Notes due 2025 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.1% Senior Notes due 2030.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Citizens Capital Markets, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Fifth Third Securities, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, Regions Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC, and Westpac Capital Markets LLC acted as underwriters for the offering.

Equifax intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing indebtedness.
