Experian announced the launch of its National Hunter fraud prevention service in Russia. The system, which identifies fraudulent credit applications, has been tailored for the Russian market in partnership with the United Credit Bureau and five major Russian banks.

Similar Experian systems in the UK, USA, Spain, South Africa, South Korea and Australia have enabled banks to significantly improve their ability to detect and prevent fraud. Organizations connecting to Hunter will be able to minimize the amount of fraud in their loan portfolios and reduce the financial losses from bad debt.
