FICO was recently cited as a leader in decisioning platforms by Forrester Research, one of the most respected industry analysts covering IT and analytics.
The report, which you can download in its entirety, is entitled “The Forrester New Wave™: Digital Decisioning Platforms, Q4 2018,” and it evaluated the top 11 offerings in the market. Forrester ranked each participant across ten categories: developer experience, decision management features, analytics features, process features, functional integration, business results correlation, administration and management, vision, road map, and market approach. Based on the results, Forrester assessed FICO as a leader.
It’s worth noting that – beyond being recognized as a leader – FICO received a “Differentiated” rating (the highest possible mark) in six of those criteria: developer experience, decision management features, analytics features, business results correlation, vision, and market approach.
- “FICO leads with world-class decision management and analytics. FICO’s Blaze Advisor is world-class at enabling both technical developers and business analysts to author business rules. With the addition of advanced analytics modeling, enterprises can use FICO to make sophisticated, consequential decisions.”
