With the DiscoverMe expertise search engine, each employee can be found by colleagues who are looking for somebody who can help solve a problem or answer a question. Management can use business intelligence software to create reports on the skills profile of the organization.

DiscoverMe drives employee engagement by enabling workers to expose skills and expertise so they can be found by people who need that knowledge. Employees can recognize a colleague directly on a DiscoverMe profile via skills endorsements and narrative recommendations.

DiscoverMe is created by FidraSoft and powered by WAND. Access to the WAND Taxonomy Library is included with DiscoverMe so customers can use professionally created taxonomies to define a set of relevant skills for their organization. The WAND Taxonomy Library includes taxonomies for every industry vertical and business function.

DiscoverMe deploys as an add-in for SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, or SharePoint Online.
