Harte Hanks (NYSE: HHS) announced the appointment of Frank Grillo as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Grillo, 50, a vice president of business marketing for CenturyLink since 2013, will join the Harte Hanks organization to focus on defined solutions for digital and data, and to raise the Company’s profile with external audiences and current and prospective clients. Mr. Grillo will report directly to Harte Hanks newly-appointed President and Chief Executive Office, Karen Puckett.

Mr. Grillo brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience in the telecom, networking and customer care industries, most recently serving as Vice President, Business Marketing, Business Markets Groups at CenturyLink.  During his time there, Mr. Grillo was responsible for the Company’s end-to-end Business Go To Market strategy, including customer segmentation, business intelligence, customer experience, content development, marketing communications, sales support and product management.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Grillo has worked on 15+ acquisitions and has deep experience in preserving the best of what new companies can bring to an existing brand like Harte Hanks, and enabling sales success alongside current products, solutions and capabilities.
