By 2019, 90% of large enterprises will have appointed a chief data officer; 50% of them will fail. By 2020, 80% of large enterprises will have an office of the CDO fully implemented. By 2020, 15% of successful CDOs will move to CEO, COO, CMO or other C-level positions in the enterprise.
