Kroll, Inc. announced the appointment of Emanuele “Manny” A. Conti as its Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1.
Mr. Conti brings more than 20 years of significant leadership experience at companies across a diverse range of industries around the world. He joins Kroll after serving more than a decade in senior positions with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), most recently as President, North America, a business with over $1billion in annual revenue. In his tenure with the firm, Mr. Conti held full P&L responsibility for each of D&B’s major business units—including roles as Vice President-Small Business Solutions, President-Europe, and President-International. During his tenure, Mr. Conti improved operational performance, accelerated growth, and expanded margins in various markets worldwide.
Prior to D&B, Mr. Conti led the Corporate Strategy team for Qwest Communications; earlier in his career he held leadership positions at Viant, an e-commerce consulting firm, and Ernst & Young LLP, where he was a founding member of the firm’s strategy practice and led the development of growth and brand strategies for businesses in multiple industries worldwide.

Mr. Conti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Bowling Green State University and an MBA at the University of Chicago.
