Karl Jagsch, KSV1870, Managing Director and CEO of KSV1870 Holding AG, will retire at the end of 2015. As of July 2015 Mag. Hannes Frech has been appointed to Managing Director and CEO.

Mag. Hannes Frech has a background in business economics and worked in different industry sectors in finance and top management positions. Most recently he held key positions in the health care sector. For Frech his assignment at KSV1870 means a completely new business activity and challenge. Based on his background in controlling and financial management he should be well equipped for his new responsibilities.
