LexisNexis Risk Solutions announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Insurance Software Solutions business to the San Francisco-based private equity firm Genstar Capital. According to LexisNexis the Insurance Software Solutions business (400 employees) does no longer fits with its Risk Solutions business which focuses on data & analytics. Source: TMCNET
