LexisNexis® has announced the acquisition of acclaimed legal information provider, LegalStudio®.
Widely known throughout China for its tailor-made bilingual awareness and practice materials, LegalStudio offers daily updated legal and tax news, articles, commentaries, and timely newsletters, together with an extensive library of model contract templates, and a law and case database, providing critical support to legal professionals in corporations and law firms as they perform their daily work.
