Many companies struggle with the increased regulatory workload. Aside from the costs involved in building an effective compliance program, there is also the challenge of finding qualified personnel to do the job. And for all the cost that comes with being compliant, the cost of non-compliance can be even higher. Fines and settlements for regulatory breaches have reached record levels, and it is unlikely that we have seen the end of it.
