BIIA management received the following message from BIIA member NCS MENA Co:
Hope this email finds you well.
On behalf of the management and team at NCS MENA Co., we extend our profound condolences to all the families who have lost their loved ones, as well as those who have been affected and are still undergoing treatment, due to the spread of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov), over the past few weeks.
It is certainly a tragic moment for world as a whole, that has impacted and disrupted the lives of millions, however we are certain that the local governments in all these countries are well prepared, highly skilled and have taken extreme measures to rapidly provide urgent medical assistance, expand scientific knowledge on this new virus, track the spread and virulence of virus and provide advice to other counties and individuals on the precautions that should be taken to avoid and prevent the spread of this outbreak. .
On this note, we wish you and all our fellow members prosperous health and well-being during this difficult period and as always, we remain in support of all parties working together to eradicate this virus and humbly stand in solidarity with the entire nation until this virus is wiped-out on a global scale.
Wishing you and the team continuous good health!

General Manager ǀ Credit Risk Department
Thank you for your kind note and inquiry. I am deeply touched by your kind note. I am well and I thank you for asking.
On behalf of our members and our board of directors I would like to express my sincere thanks for your kind sentiments, concerns and above all your expression of solidarity and encouragement.
This is indeed a tragic event for mankind as a whole and we, individually and as members of an important economic sector, are taking the necessary precautions to remain healthy and staying out of harm’s way. We, the executive committee, are already working from remote locations and as we are almost a virtual association we are well positioned to provide uninterrupted important market intelligence for our members.
Please convey our best wishes to your staff and please be safe.
