In its meeting on April 19, 2021, the Supervisory Board of SCHUFA Holding AG appointed Johannes Stoll to the Management Board with effect from January 1, 2022 or earlier.

Johannes Stoll completed a bachelor’s degree in business informatics at the European Business School and an MBA with a focus on digitization and corporate finance at the IESE Business School in Spain and the USA (Wharton School). After positions at McKinsey and Commerzbank, where Johannes Stoll was responsible, among other things, for setting up multi-channel branch and consulting processes as well as digital asset management, he most recently headed IT at Commerz Real AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerzbank.
