S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) announced the resignation of Imogen Joss, President of S&P Global Platts, to pursue the next phase of her professional life, which will include service on corporate boards and a focus on the fin tech sector. Ms. Joss served as President of S&P Capital IQ from 2014 to 2015 before assuming her current role as President of Platts.
“Imogen has been a great partner and colleague during her time at S&P Global,” said Douglas L. Peterson, President and CEO of S&P Global. “She was instrumental in positioning S&P Capital IQ for growth and margin expansion leading up to the acquisition of SNL Financial, and has continued that track record of excellence at Platts. I wish Imogen all the best in this next phase of her career.”

Ms. Joss will remain with the Company through September to ensure a smooth transition. A search process for a successor is underway.
