The e-mail service has been unreliable for nearly two weeks.  AT&T is in a habit to take down the site for maintenance and when problems occur they are not able to fix them short term.

Access to the account center is still not available.  It is inconceivable that a company the size of AT&T is unable to fix the system.  For small business users the outage is more than an inconvenience.   If AT&T is no longer capable to provide reliable e-mail services it should exit the business.
