Altegra Health has acquired TransUnion’s Healthcare Analytics Division (HCA). Terms were not disclosed.

Healthcare Analytics (based in Chicago, IL) through its secure, webbased reporting system, provides health plans, providers, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) access to a large dynamic library of quality metrics, performance analytics, and care management tools. Altegra Health (based in Miami Lakes, FL) provides technology enabled business solutions for healthcare organizations. Management believes that the acquisition will strengthen Altegra Health’s position as a provider of solutions that enhance quality, strengthen compliance, and improve the overall performance of healthcare organization.
