The UK’s largest payments processor is suffering from technical glitches affecting some of its customer segments. According to the Financial Times (with the appropriate headline ‘Worldpay won’t Pay’), Worldpay is experiencing an isolated issue with one of its gateways requiring batch payments having to be taken offline and reconciled manually. The technical glitch surfaced as a result of the introduction of new software and systems changes.
