Credit Information Bureau (CIB) Launched in Bangladesh

An inaugural ceremony was organized in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on July 19, 2011 to announce the launch of the Credit Information Bureau (CIB) online services. CRIF was the technological partner and developed this innovative project by redesigning the credit bureau processes, originally based largely on manual procedures, and completely modernizing the technological infrastructure.

Mr. Vincenzo Resta, Senior Business Consultant at CRIF, was the introductory speaker at the event giving an overview of the technical aspects of the project and explaining the advantages of the Credit Information Bureau online services: quick access to data, and the availability of borrowers’ credit history.
