We are excited to announce our keynote speakers for the 2025 Leadership Forum that is taking place from November 10th to 11th, at the Shangri – La Hotel, Singapore.

As part of our discussions on Data Innovation and Digital Transformation we are pleased to confirm that we will be joined by the following speakers:

Kabir Khanna is the General Manager and Board Member at Experian Singapore.

In this role, he leads the strategic direction and operations of the business, driving growth and profitability across banking, financial institutions, fintechs, and non-financial sectors. With nearly 20 years of experience in credit risk, data, analytics, and decisioning platforms, Kabir brings a rare combination of strong business leadership and deep technical expertise. Prior to joining Experian, he held senior roles at global and regional banks including UOB and Barclays, as well as at a leading management consulting firm. His work has spanned Southeast Asia, the US, UK, and South Africa, where he designed and implemented risk management strategies and analytics solutions that delivered measurable financial impact.

At Experian, Kabir has played a pivotal role in scaling the analytics business across Southeast Asia, driving exponential growth and earning recognition as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. His strategic vision centers on harnessing AI and data-driven analytics to deliver commercial impact at scale, with a strong emphasis on innovation in areas such as UBO, AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and alternative data-based scoring. A passionate advocate for fintech collaboration and thought leadership, Kabir continues to shape the future of decision analytics by enabling organizations to adopt cutting-edge solutions tailored to their evolving business needs.

Michael has 46 years’ experience of working in the Telecommunication industry and is Vice Chair of the TeleManagement (TM) Forum – a global alliance of 800+ organizations across the connectivity ecosystem, whose members include the top 10 Communication Service Providers, top three hyperscalers, leading Network Equipment Providers, and a wide range of vendors, consultancies, and system integrators. At the Forum, Michael will share the work that the TM Forum has been undertaking on AI and Data Innovation one of their three core missions.

With over two decades of leadership experience in B2B sales and marketing, as VP, Research Director, Paul leads Forrester’s team of European B2B analysts. As part of our discussions on Digital Transformation, Paul will cover the topic of Engaging B2B Buyers in the Age of Zero-Click Search covering Forrester’s research on how buyers are using AI-powered search, how zero-click search is impacting the revenue engine and how to coordinate activity across portfolio marketing, content, communications, and digital to engage buyers in this new environment.

With over 20 years diverse experiences in multiple IT sectors, Albert is a vertical solutions lead for utilities and quantum computing at Amazon Web Services (AWS). At the Forum, Albert will provide an overview of AWS’s efforts on quantum hardware, cloud software, and services, and the work with industry leaders on the potential relevance of quantum technologies in their business and how organizations can prepare for the opportunities ahead.

As a reminder the Leadership Forum is free to attend for senior management from within BIIA member organisations and will consist of a networking reception and dinner on the evening of the 10th followed by a roundtable on the 11th finishing mid-afternoon.
