Pefindo Credit Bureau or IdScore appointed Tan Glant Saputrahadi as main director replacing Yohanes Arts Abimanyu. This decision was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held on Friday (11/10).

After being established, IdScore President Director Tan Glant Saputrahadi said, in the future IdScore will focus on improving the quality of credit data access services, expanding the product portfolio to meet market needs, and business process efficiency.

“The company continues to adapt to dynamic business conditions, considering that currently credit information is one of the main elements in assessing credit worthiness and digitizing loan distribution as well as supporting the expansion of MSME access to funding,” said Tan Glant Saputrahadi in an official statement, Monday (14/ 10).

Glant explained, IdScore will continue to strive to maintain shareholder trust by increasing profitability and performance growth through strategic steps to continue the sustainable good performance that has been achieved while being led by Yohanes Arts Abimanyu.

As the new President Director, Glant is determined to continue growth and strengthen IdScore’s position, as well as develop new strategies and innovations to make IdScore more adaptive in an effort to expand market share.

“Improving macroeconomic conditions accompanied by a reduction in the benchmark interest rate will open up space for credit growth, followed by an increase in demand for credit reports. “For this reason, we are ready to provide fast, accurate and reliable data access to support the efficiency of the credit distribution process,” he concluded.

The following is the composition of the IdScore Board of Directors effective October 14 2024:
