Our lead story of course is the news of Moody’s and Microsoft entering a strategic partnership for Next-Gen Solutions Built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Teams and Moody’s Proprietary Data to Empower Financial Services, Capital Markets and More. It is all about unlocking advancements in integrated risk management. For internal use and co-innovations, Microsoft is leveraging Moody’s broad range of solutions, including Moody’s Orbis database – one of the world’s most powerful databases on companies – with applications that include third-party reference data, counterparty risk assessment, and supply chain management. It will be a combination hard to beat. We wonder what the antitrust people will have to say about these two powerhouses joining hands.
We are continuing with our coverage about generative AI. There is an interesting story by Lisa Gately, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research about generative AI turning up in everything, everywhere all at once forces a turning point for B2B content. Day by day new use cases are appearing. Even governments jumping on the generative AI bandwagon with aim to lift public sector productivity.
