PT CRIF Financial Information Institution (CLIK) formalized its collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Microfinance Institutions and Sharia Microfinance Institutions (ASLINDO LKM-LKMS) through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement on February 6, 2026. This collaboration is a strategic step for both parties as part of strengthening a healthy, responsible, and sustainable financing ecosystem, especially in the Microfinance Institution (LKM) and Sharia Microfinance Institution (LKMS) sector in Indonesia.
This collaboration aims to support the expansion of national financial inclusion through the utilization of credit information infrastructure. By utilizing the credit bureau services provided by CLIK, MFIs and LKMSs can access comprehensive, value-added credit data and information to support more prudent and objective credit analysis and financing decision-making.
This collaboration also aligns with efforts to expand access to financing, particularly to communities without access to formal banking services. By utilizing a credit information system, MFIs and MFIs can check the credit history of prospective borrowers, disburse financing more precisely, with measured risk, while maintaining the quality of their financing portfolios.
On the same occasion, 16 microfinance institutions also signed a cooperation agreement with CLIK to utilize credit bureau data services and other services. This participation reflects CLIK’s commitment to supporting credit growth while maintaining effective risk management and increasing process efficiency.
This collaboration is expected to boost the role of microfinance institutions (LKM) and microfinance institutions (LKMS) in community economic development by providing access to financing for micro-entrepreneurs and low-income communities. Safe and affordable access to financing will, in turn, encourage increased economic independence and sustainable micro-enterprise growth.
Going forward, CLIK will continue to support the development of the microfinance ecosystem by providing risk management solutions and credit information. This synergy with ASLINDO LKM-LKMS is expected to contribute to expanding financial inclusion and achieving healthy and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.
