As green finance in Vietnam remains at an early stage of development, green supply chains are emerging as a key pathway to attract high-quality capital while meeting the rising expectations of investors and international financial institutions.
At the Launch Ceremony of the Vietnam International Financial Center (V-IFC) on February 11, 2026, FiinGroup and NAM A BANK officially signed a cooperation agreement to deploy the 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐞-𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 (G-SCF e-Platform).
The G-SCF e-Platform is designed as an integrated digital platform that digitizes the entire green supply chain finance process – from credit appraisal and green/ESG assessment to credit approval, disbursement, and risk monitoring – based on unified data and standardized evaluation frameworks.
Through the G-SCF e-Platform, the two parties aim to:
✓ Promote the development of a sustainable finance ecosystem
✓ Enhance transparency standards and market discipline
✓ Support enterprises in accessing capital aligned with their capacity
✓ Contribute to building digital financial infrastructure for V-IFC
💎 FiinGroup develops the platform’s technology, data infrastructure, and analytical models to ensure that corporate and financing assessments based on environmental and sustainability criteria are conducted in a standardized and disciplined manner.
💎 On that foundation, Nam A Bank will deploy and operate the platform for its credit-granting and risk-management activities in line with its sustainable finance strategy.
