The Italian newspapers Corriere della Sera and La Repubblica – Affari & Finanza have ranked our company among the best companies to work for in Italy.

The ranking is the result of social listening and anonymous interviews with employees of over 2000 companies based throughout Italy!

What’s more, Radar Academy has recognized CRIF with its Generation Z award, an award of great social value obtained by CRIF for its projects and investments aimed at the younger generations.

The TOP companies in the “Italy’s Best Employers” ranking, published by Corriere della Sera, are selected on the basis of an independent survey conducted by the German company Statista.

CRIF came 2nd in the “Human Resources, Consultancy and Services” sector, ahead of the big consultancy firms (Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG, BIP).

A great result which, in addition to the other incredible achievements, confirms the value of the actions, programs and working environment that CRIF has been able to develop.

The people interviewed for the 2022 edition expressed their opinion through an online survey focused on how likely they are to recommend their employer and on the working environment in the company.

In particular, some of the benefits mentioned by employees included flexible working hours, the company canteen, the health measures adopted for COVID, the focus on sustainability, the employee discount offers, public transport links, personalized consultancy, coaching and the use of cutting-edge technology for corporate communications.

In addition to this recognition, is another received by the ranking drawn up by the survey of the German Institute of Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with the media partner La Repubblica-Affari-Finanza. CRIF was ranked among the top 400 “Italy’s Best Employers 2022-2023”.

The approach used was one of social listening, focused on the analysis of social media, blogs, forums and job search websites. This tool was used to analyze more than 2000 employers, from which just 400 obtained the “Top Job-Best Employers 2022/23” seal of quality, with CRIF among them.

Listening to online feedback was fundamental according to Christian Bieker, Director of ITQF, explaining the way the research was carried out.

During the research, 27 key aspects were examined, including the working environment, personal development, opportunities for growth within the company, sustainability and much more.

In order to be as accurate as possible, different parameters were taken into consideration by dividing the research into 3 key steps:

  1. crawling: the research focused on “The best companies in Italy in terms of HR management”;
  2. artificial intelligence, dividing the research into different parameters: companies, topic discussed and tone used (neutral, positive, negative);
  3. the reorganization of data into areas of interest, such as corporate culture, working environment, promotion, professional growth and much more.

According to Christian Bieker, in order to achieve a good position in the rankings, companies have to obtain positive results in several areas. Once again, CRIF has achieved incredible results which underline the company’s commitment to employee growth as a key to success.

But the accolades don’t end here. CRIF was also a winner in the Generation Z contest organized by Radar Academy, the Business School of Radar Consulting Italia, a leading professional recruitment and talent acquisition company. This award, which has great social value, recognizes companies that have invested through a number of projects in the future generations and their talents. Specifically, CRIF, entered the contest with two of its most important programs:

  • number of new hires: the aim of this program is to highlight the constant growth of CRIF’s activities in the most innovative areas and that development on a global scale requires the continuous recruitment of new professionals and high-profile figures together with young talent. To this is added the commitment to spreading the corporate culture to foster inclusiveness and diversity. In 2021, CRIF hired 228 employees belonging to Generation Z around the world. More than the 25% were recruited in the Italian offices;
  • internship project: this program gives young people solid and practical work experience to help them on their future career path, including through specific programs, some of which are international, such as: CRIF Smart UP, Masterclass Data Scientist and Sugar. In particular, in 2021, CRIF offered 339 internships worldwide, 65% of which involved Generation Z.

The Generation Z award is the result of CRIF’s ongoing commitment to recognizing the contribution of younger generations to a brighter future.

Always striving to do more “together to the next level”!
