Database100 and Infogroup Settle Dispute

Databasellc (doing business as Database101.com and AtoZdatabases), a provider of email marketing, sales leads and mailing lists for small businesses and salespeople, announced today that Databasellc and Infogroup have resolved their disputes and have mutually agreed to dismiss their claims.

Neither party admits doing anything improper. The terms and conditions of the Agreement and the settlement are confidential. Infogroup had sued its founder and former CEO Vin Gupta for illegal practices including the alleged theft of its database. Gupta countersued.
