The company’s after-tax profits grew by 89% to 10.9 million.
INFORMA has announced record sales of €73.7 million for 2025, a 4% increase over the previous year. Profits after tax have grown by 89% to €10.9 million.
In consolidated terms, sales reached €98.6 million, 6% less than in 2024, while profits rose 177% to €13 million. The 6% decrease in sales was due to the removal of CTI Tecnología y Gestión from the consolidated financial statements, following the sale of 51% of Informa D&B to the Teknei Group in March 2025.
