Fitch Learning, a leader in financial education and certifications, has agreed to acquire two businesses from Moody’s: Moody’s Analytics Learning Solutions (MALS), which specializes in credit training, and the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), a key provider of professional certifications in Canada.
This acquisition will expand offerings in career development and professional certifications across commercial banking, consumer banking, and investment management.
The transaction’s terms remain undisclosed, and it is expected to close in the fourth quarter, pending regulatory approvals.
